Ulekan celebrates Indonesian recipes passed down through generations, with the flavours each region is known for. The ulekan itself is the stone mortar and pestle at the centre of every Indonesian kitchen, used for sambal, for bumbu, and for most things worth eating.
Settle in for a long lunch, or wine and dine in the restaurant, perched among the clouds with the view running out to Lovina and beyond. Our all-day Clove Bar menu covers everything in between — including, if the day has been long enough, a cheese board and a charcuterie board rather than a choice between them.
Sink into a bar stool at happy hour before dinner. In the morning, breakfast can come to your cabin instead.
